How fast does crypto top-up arrive?

CryptAPI watches the blockchain for your unique deposit address. As soon as your transaction gets 1 confirmation, your balance is automatically credited — typically 5–20 minutes depending on the coin and network conditions.

Which coins do you accept?

Litecoin (LTC) — fast confirmations, low network fees, no KYC.

How do discount tiers work?

Your lifetime deposit total (sum of all your top-ups, never resets) determines your tier. Cross $100 → 50% off. Cross $300 → 60%. Cross $500 → 70% off every key, forever.

Do I need to redeem the discount?

No. The discount is applied automatically on every key you generate — the dashboard previews the discounted total before you click Generate.

What if I send the wrong amount?

CryptAPI accepts payments down to 98% of the expected amount to cover network fees and price drift. If you significantly underpay, contact the admin for manual reconciliation.

How do I become a reseller?

Reseller accounts are created by the admin and assigned a rank, daily limit and product access. Contact us through the channels in the admin dashboard.

Can I withdraw my balance?

Balance is non-refundable and only usable for key generation. Plan your top-ups accordingly.

Is there a minimum top-up?

Yes — $10 minimum. Maximum is $100,000 per invoice.
